Following the Panama Papers leaks and the Anti-Corruption Summit in London in May 2016, the OECD's lead on bribery discusses how to better engage and incentivise the private sector, the misuse of offshore companies, beneficial ownership registries, national sanctions regimes and whistleblowing.
