A webinar organised by the IBA Immigration and Nationality Law Committee

Following recent changes to student visa policies and post-graduation work options in several countries, this webinar will focus on the main legal and political issues affecting the mobility of international students to Australia, Canada, Poland and the United States. It will address such issues as temporary intent, knowledge of language, financial ability, health, insurance, programme of study rationale, admissibility and quotas. We will discuss recent law on espionage and refusals, housing and accommodation concerns, the unauthorised practice of law and fraud.
