On the occasion of the Annual Conference of the International Bar Association (IBA) in Mexico City, the IBA Human Rights Law Committee the IBA War Crimes Law Committee, in association with the Mexican Bar Association (Ilustre y Nacional Colegio de Abogados de México) and the IBA Foundation, will host a screening of War and Justice, a documentary about the International Criminal Court (ICC). The film offers unprecedented access to the late Ben Ferencz (prosecutor, Nuremberg Trials), ICC prosecutor Karim Khan and past ICC prosecutors Luis Moreno-Ocampo and Fatou Bensouda. The film screening will kick off with a networking reception with canapés and other refreshments. Following the screening, the IBA Human Rights Law Committee will host a Q&A and panel discussion with the ICC’s first prosecutor, the film’s directors and international human rights and humanitarian law practitioners.
