Arush Khanna (FCIArb) is an Advocate & Legal Consultant enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He started his practice in 2012 after graduating from the Symbiosis Law School, Pune and has also done his Masters (Business Laws) from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He co- founded Numen Law Offices in 2019. A multi-disciplinary law firm having its office at New Delhi and Mumbai. He has advised and represented several fortune 100, multinational as well top Indian companies before several courts and tribunals across India. He also acts as arbitrator and is empanelled with several institutions in India and across the world. Some of his noteworthy accomplishments include: - Admitted to the “Fellowship” at the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), London. - Appointed the “Membership Officer” of the Young Lawyers Committee, International Bar Association. - Appointed as the "Young Lawyers Committee Liaison Officer" by the Regulation of Lawyers Committee - Member (immediate past Vice Chair) of the IBA India Working Group. - Appointed as the Chair of the CII Sub-Committee on Young Lawyers by the Confederation of Indian Industry. - Appointed as the Indian Ambassador by the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) - Appointed to the ‘Steering Committee’ of the Young Members Group of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb India) - Appointed as member of the “CII National Committee on Legal Services” by the Confederation of Indian Industry.

Anselmo Reyes practises as an arbitrator. He was Professor of Legal Practice at Hong Kong University from October 2012 to September 2018. Before that, he was a judge of the Hong Kong High Court from September 2003 to September 2012, when he oversaw the Construction and Arbitration List (2004-8) and the Commercial and Admiralty Lists (2008-12). He was Representative of the Hague Conference on Private International Law's Regional Office for the Asia Pacific from April 2013 to July 2017. He became an International Judge of the Singapore International Commercial Court in January 2015. He is an Overseas Bencher of the Inner Temple.

Dual qualified in mainland China and in New York State, Minli is a partner at AllBright Law Offices and has practiced in dispute resolution for years (especially in foreign-related matters, including litigation and arbitration). Minli once was a Regional Representative of the International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitration and ADR Forum (ICC YAAF) and is now a committee member of the Beihai Asia International Arbitration Centre (BAIAC, Singapore), a supporting member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), and on the panel of arbitrators of the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court and the Langfang Arbitration Commission. Minli has frequently represented clients in Chinese domestic court litigations and participated in the handling of cases in the English High Court and Court of Appeal. Minli has also represented and advised clients in arbitration under the ICC, SIAC, HKIAC, AIAC, CIETAC and the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC) rules as well as under the Terms of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA). In addition to her advocacy work, Minli has been involved in advising both domestic and foreign clients on Chinese law and conducted commercial negotiation, relevant clients including import and export retail enterprises, manufacturing, etc. Minli has particularly rich overseas experiences and network. In addition to her overseas study experiences in common law jurisdictions, she once was a visiting lawyer in a leading commercial set of barristers’ chambers in London for around two years. During that time, Minli sat with a senior commercial barrister and handled a series of cases involving court litigation and international arbitration under English law.
