Biography

Rebecca is a partner in the Slaughter and May corporate team and is Head of Slaughter and May’s Equity Capital Markets practice, Co-Head of the Data Privacy practice and member of the multi-disciplinary cyber hub. Rebecca’s corporate practices consists of advising clients on M&A transactions, both public and private, primary and secondary equity issues, long term commercial contracts and on day-to-day company law and corporate reporting and governance matters. Rebecca also advises clients on all aspects of Data Privacy, including on stand-alone compliance queries, in corporate transactions, e-commerce, commercial contracts and global investigations, data breaches and how to navigate the legal and regulatory requirements in the UK and beyond in relation to international transfers. Rebecca is also a member of the Cyber group, advising clients on data breach and cyber preparation and incident response.
