Biography

As Managing Partner of Fragomen’s European offices and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee, I develop and execute strategy, operations and initiatives for the Amsterdam, Brussels, Dublin, Frankfurt, Paris, Geneva and Zurich offices, as well as our coordinated practices and shared service centre in Sheffield. I have spent more than 20 years in the immigration law space, advising and leading client engagements for some of the world’s most preeminent corporations across a broad range of sectors, including finance, information technology, media and e-commerce among others. I use my understanding of the complex immigration needs of our evolving world to aid in the development of service delivery and value-added models to meet the needs of our clients. I have also enjoyed leading successful and acclaimed teams of lawyers and professionals across multiple locations, working on a diverse range of cross-border initiatives.
