Luke Samuel Varley

Biography

Luke is the General Counsel at Park Square Capital, LLP, a leading European private debt fund, where he is responsible for three teams: Legal, Compliance & Governance. Prior to this, Luke worked in the Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis, in their New York and London offices, where he co-founded the firm’s Responsible Investing Working Group. Prior to that, Luke qualified as a New York attorney in the New York offices of Skadden Arps, was called to the Bar of England & Wales (not-practicing), and graduated from the University of Oxford with a Bachelor of Civil Law. In 2022, Luke was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales.
