Biography
I am a Labor and Employment shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, an international law firm with nearly 50 offices worldwide. I have extensive experience in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, counseling and training. I have litigated numerous discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, ADA, FMLA and wage and hour cases. I have appeared before the U.S. DOL, the EEOC, NLRB, and many state agencies throughout the U.S, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia and New York. I am an experienced counselor, advising clients on both U.S. and global labor and employment law, including social media, employee handbooks, interviewing and hiring, terminations, harassment and discrimination, labor issues, wage and hour compliance, international employment laws, internal investigations, non-competition agreements, employment and severance agreements. I have been listed since 2014 in the Legal 500 as “Recommended” for Labor and Employment, Workplace and Employment Counseling. I have been listed in Who's Who Legal in Labour & Employment since 2023; and listed in the Best Lawyers in America for Litigation, Labor & Employment 2019-2026 and Employment Law - Management from 2022 to 2026. In 2023, I was named Lawyer of the Year for Employment Law, Management, Philadelphia Pennsylvania. I regularly conduct training for client and non-clients on topics such as cross-border privilege, anti-discrimination and harassment training, Be a Good Manager and Human Resource fundamentals. Prior to becoming a lawyer, I worked in media, marketing and public relations.
