Isabella Vilhena

Biography

Isabella Vilhena is a Brazilian lawyer with over 14 years of experience in private practice and in-house roles, specializing in aircraft leasing and financing, aviation regulation, commercial contracts, and competition law. She currently serves as Legal Manager at LATAM Airlines Brasil, leading legal support for fleet, contracts, alliances, and competition. Isabella holds an LL.M. in Air and Space Law from McGill University and is a frequent speaker and published author in the field. She has been recognized as In-House Counsel of the Year – Travel & Tourism (The Latin American Lawyer, 2024 and 2025) and In-House Rising Star of the Year (Legal 500 Brazil Awards 2025).
