Biography

Jan Rudolph has been a Rechtsanwalt (German Lawyer) admitted to the bar since 2001. His legal practice encompasses a wide range of employment and labour law. In particular, he focuses on representing companies in management matters, advising on matters of works constitution law and collective bargaining, restructurings, and compliance issues. Jan is a renowned specialist in employee participation on European level (EWCs, SEs and employee participation in cross border mergers).
