Biography

Kelly Zalec is Managing Counsel, Labour & Employment at Rogers Communications. She advises the Human Resources, Employee Relations, Compensation and Well-Being teams on all aspects of the employment life cycle including talent acquisition and employment agreements, progressive discipline and attendance management, policy creation, revision and enforcement, accommodation and human rights, disability management, benefits and compensation, wealth accumulation programs, corporate investigations, safety & well-being and employee specific issues in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Rogers, Kelly was in private practice at a large national firm in Toronto.
