Biography

Felipe Azevedo is a corporate lawyer acting as Legal & Governance Manager and Corporate Secretary at Nexa Resources, with over two decades of experience in corporate law, M&A, corporate governance, and capital markets across Latin America, Africa, the U.S., Luxembourg, and Canada. He holds a degree in Law from FMU and a postgraduate degree in Corporate and Securities Law from FGV. Felipe has led legal teams in complex transactions, regulatory matters, and international transactions, and is an associate of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).
