Ms. Lucy Lu specializes in labour and employment, foreign investment, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate matters. She has extensive experience in labor matters. Her experience includes: reviewing and drafting labor contracts, offer letters, and other employment-related agreements, employee handbooks, internal rules and policies, conducting labor due diligence investigations, providing legal opinions for the establishment, modification and termination of employment, and advising on employment arrangements for merger and acquisition transactions.
