André Pepin is the Director of Environmental Services for the Town of Midland, bringing over 15 years of dedicated municipal experience to his role. He holds a comprehensive range of provincial certifications in water and wastewater operations, reflecting his strong technical background and commitment to operational excellence. In addition to leading Midland’s Environmental Services team, André is actively involved in the broader water sector as a contracted trainer with the Walkerton Clean Water Centre, where he contributes to course development and specialized training initiatives. He is also a regular speaker at water industry conferences and workshops, sharing practical insights and promoting continuous improvement in water and wastewater management practices across Ontario.
