Biography

Currently, Mr. Gubin's overall experience as a legal practitioner is over 13 years. Oleksandr's main spheres of expertise include legal relations between spouses, children's issues, the use of assisted reproductive technologies, etc. One of the most important areas of Oleksandr's practice is the application of the Children Hague Conventions (1980, 1996, 2007). Since 2018, Mr. Gubin is a permanent member of the Council of the Committee on Civil, Family and Inheritance Law of the Ukrainian Bar Association, each two years being elected by the peers accordingly. An exclusive part of Oleksandr's professional expertise is a deep understanding of private international law and the ability to build a successful strategy even in the most complex cross-border disputes involving two or more jurisdictions at the same time.
