Biography

Ornella Pasta is Legal Manager at Flos S.p.A., a global leader in design lighting, where she established and heads the Legal Department, advising senior management as a strategic business partner. Her role covers intellectual property and brand governance, complex commercial and distribution structures, corporate governance, compliance and sustainability‑driven risk management, with a particular focus on preserving long‑term design value and heritage within the Flos B&B Italia Group. She previously held in‑house legal positions at illycaffè S.p.A., AB Holding S.p.A., and Galbani (Lactalis Group), supporting international operations and brand‑driven businesses. Ornella is dual‑qualified in Italian and French law and is a co‑founder of the General Counsels’ Association (GCA).
