Biography

John W H Denton AO is Partner and CEO of Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia’s leading independent law firm driving Australia’s economic engagement with Asia. Mr. Denton is Co-Chair of the ‘Financing Growth & Infrastructure’ taskforce for the B20, the business reference group of the G20, and a member of the Australian B20 Leadership Group. He is also First Vice-Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce. He is Chair of the Business Council of Australia’s Global Engagement Taskforce, Director of The Australian Ballet, a Board Member of Asialink, member of the Leadership Council on Cultural Diversity, Chairman (emeritus) of the Experts Group on Trade and Investment Indonesia and a founding member of the Australia-China CEO Roundtable
