Biography

Mr Vod K S CHAN Vod is a practising barrister with Ronny Wong, Senior Counsel’s Chambers, an arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and an accredited general and family mediator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) as well as Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Ltd. He is also elected Chair of Hong Kong Mediation Council of HKIAC. On the litigation side, he represents clients in a vast array of civil disputes. He was also deputising on the bench in the Judiciary of Hong Kong for 2 years. In the ADR domain, not only does he frequently act as advocate in mediations, but he also mediates a diversity of disputes, so does he assist clients in arbitral proceedings.
