Biography

Before joining Burford's Asset Recovery team, was a barrister specialising in all areas of asset recovery, both criminal and civil, as well as corruption and the recovery of its proceeds, corporate criminal liability, civil and criminal fraud, market manipulation and abuse, and money laundering. He has extensive experience of proceedings at all levels from first instance to the House of Lords/Supreme Court concerning the legislation governing the proceeds of crime, as well as years of experience in substantial civil asset recovery cases in the UK and elsewhere. In practice he was recommended by Chambers and Partners, the Legal 500 and Who’s Who Legal Global.
