Biography

Mr. Olmos specializes in corporate law with most of his expertise focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings and antitrust clearance matters. He also was President of Columbia Latin American Business Law Association, Columbia University Law School, during 2002-2003. International Law Office and Lexology distinguished Mr. Olmos has been recognized in his field of practice for several consecutive years by Chambers & Partners (Band 3) and International Financial Law Review (Rising Star).
