Biography

Kap-You (Kevin) KIM is head and founder of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC's international arbitration and litigation practice group. He is a Vice President of the ICC Court and Governing Board Member and Chair of Audit Committee of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA), a Board Member of the AAA, a member of the Panel of Arbitrators of ICSID, SIAC, HKIAC and other international arbitration organizations, and an Editorial Board Member of Global Arbitration Review. He is also a Senior Advisor and arbitrator of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB), President of the ICC Korea Arbitration Committee and Vice president of the Korea Arbitrators Association.
