Biography

Marco Cannizzo focuses his practice in real estate, infrastructure and construction, corporate, finance and M&A transactions. It has more than 20 years of experience and has been involved and acted as leading counsel in many strategic transactions in Mexico, among which, the JV, acquisition and sale of different real estate mix use projects, construction agreements, finance structuring. He has acted as main counsel of foreign banks, real estate funds, hotel management companies, construction companies, industrial companies, leading international fashion companies, among others. He participates in the board of directors of several Mexican companies, also quoted in the Stock Exchange Market.
