Biography

Co-head and co-founding partner of SRZ’s London office, Chris has over 25 years of experience advising many of the highest profile hedge funds. Chris focuses his practice on entrepreneurial and institutional investment managers, other financial services firms and investment funds, especially hedge funds, hybrid funds, co-investment funds and distressed funds. He provides practical and strategic advice on the structuring and operation of funds and investment managers, including fundraising, investor issues and investment transactions. Named as a leading funds lawyer by all of the major ranking publications, he received the Hedge Fund Journal Award for Outstanding Contribution in 2017.
