Biography

Zhang Xu is a banking and finance partner. She advises in all major areas of cross-border financing. In particular experienced in cross-border acquisition finance. Other major areas are project finance, sovereign lending, trade facilities, and corporate lending. In restructuring and litigation, she has also advised banks in worldwide restructuring and credit enforcement strategy.
