Francisco Esparraga

Francisco Esparraga is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the Sydney Campus, University of Notre Dame Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws, UNSW and a Master in Laws, University of Sydney. His specialities are Administrative Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Legal Ethics. He was a foundation member of the Australian Institute of Administrative Law and a Government lawyer for over 25 years. His latest book "Ethical Legal Practice and Professional Conduct" was published June 2019 through LexisNexis. He is a member of the Academic and Professional Development Committee of the IBA and apart from his lecturing commitments in Australia, has guest lectured and presented in a number of countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, China and Japan.

Chris Howard

Christopher Howard is a qualified solicitor and the Director of Professional Legal Education at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London, where he heads up its new Professional Law Institute. He previously practiced at City firm Trowers & Hamlins where he worked as an Associate Solicitor in the Projects & Construction department, and also spent several years lecturing on the GDL at BPP University. In addition to his work at King’s he is also a Co-Vice Chair of the Academic & Professional Development Committee for the International Bar Association

Soledad Atienza

Soledad Atienza is a Law Professor and is Acting Dean at IE Law School. She is senior advisor to the Academic and Professional Development Committee of the IBA. She has practiced as lawyer for five years at Pérez- Llorca law firm. She is co-director of the Pérez-Llorca / IE Chair for Commercial Law. She has a PhD in Social Sciences by IE University, an Executive MBA by IE Business School, a “ZertifiKat über Europäische Studien” by Europa Institut, Universität des Saarlandes and a Law Degree by CEU San Pablo. She has been a visiting student at Cornell University.

Victoria Banke Olagbegi-Oloba

Victoria Banke Olagbegi-Oloba is a Nigerian lawyer, Researcher, Law teacher, Mediator and Arbitrator.

She currently lectures at the Faculty of Law, Department of Jurisprudence and International Law, Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba-Akoko, Ondo State Nigeria. She is currently the Treasurer, Nigerian Bar Association; American Bar Association Section of International Law's liaison to the Nigerian Bar; Diversity and Inclusion officer, IBA Academic and Professional Development Committee, Governing Council member, Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and pioneer chair, ICMC Akure, Ondo State Branch.

She has published peer reviewed articles in several local and international journals. She has attended, facilitated and presented in several local and international conferences.

Her research areas include International Law, Arbitration and Mediation amongst others.
