Dear Member,

It is a pleasure for me to welcome you to the second Criminal Law Committee's newsletter of 2021.

With the help of vaccines and science as a whole, the world is getting back to normal. However, the legal world is still facing new and old issues. I am glad to share with you these new contributions from France, Spain and Ukraine, that try to solve some of them.

I hope you enjoy reading these articles and I look forward to coming together again during our next IBA Transnational Crime Conference in Madrid (3rd-5th November 2021), scheduled in presence (at last!).
