Zelda Perkins is a former Miramax employee and assistant to film producer Harvey Weinstein. She broke her 20-year silence about allegations concerning Weinstein and in doing so lifted the lid on the secrecy surrounding corporate non-disclosure agreements. She talks about the challenges she faced, the ethical role of lawyers in helping to hold those in power to account and why bullying and sexual harassment in the workplace should not be tolerated.
