A conversation with... John B Bellinger III

John B Bellinger III and IBA Executive Director Dr Mark Ellis engaged in a timely and insightful conversation on the US 2020 election, its presidential candidates and their approaches to human rights, rule of law and multilateralism.

Bellinger is a partner at Arnold & Porter in Washington, DC, and co-head of the firm’s Global Law and Policy Practice. He is also Adjunct Senior Fellow in International and National Security Law at the Council on Foreign Relations.
