Patricia Menendez-Cambo

Patricia Menendez-Cambo serves as Deputy General Counsel of SoftBank Group International and General Counsel of the SoftBank Innovation Fund. Prior to joining SoftBank, Patricia served as Vice Chair of Greenberg Traurig, where she held numerous positions, including Chair of the Corporate Practice, Co-Chair of the Energy and Infrastructure Practice, and Chair of the Global Practice, where she founded the Latin American and Iberian Practice. During her tenure at Greenberg Traurig, she primarily advised General Counsels and CEOs on the legal implementation of their business’ growth strategies throughout Europe, the United States, Latin America and emerging markets around the world.

Most recently, Patricia received the “Visionary Leader of the Year” Award at the 2018 BRAVO Business Awards. Additionally, the National Law Journal has recognized Patricia four times in as many years, including as one of the "100 Most Influential Lawyers in America," one of the "Top 40 under 40" attorneys, one of the “50 Most Influential Women Lawyers in America,” and one of the “50 Most Influential Minority Lawyers in America.” She was also recognized by Chambers Latin America for “Outstanding Contribution to the Legal Profession” and by Chambers USA Women in Law for “Outstanding Contribution to Gender Diversity,” in addition to receiving numerous other legal rankings for her work.

Isabel Bueno

Isabel’s practice focuses on pension matters and executive compensation, including monitoring of pensions and tax assessments related to employee compensation, as well as representing clients in court and administrative proceedings. Her expertise includes preparation of employee long term incentive plans, negotiations of profit sharing plans, and general advice on pension and tax matters in connection with expatriation of employees. She has assisted in the drafting of legislative bills concerning taxes on pensions. Isabel is the Chair of the Women Lawyers’ Interest Group Committee of the International Bar Association.

Inosi M Nyatta

Inosi is a partner in Sullivan & Cromwell’s Finance & Restructuring Group and is co-head of the Firm’s global Project Development & Finance practice. Her award-winning work for clients on a broad range of financing transactions, including project financings, capital markets offerings and cross-border financings, has resulted in her recognition as a “Dealmaker of the Year” by The American Lawyer, a “Project Finance MVP” by Law360, and as one of Crain’s “Notable Women in Business.”

Ms. Nyatta has acted for a cross-section of sponsor, financial institution and corporate clients in oil and gas, power, financial, mining, infrastructure, consumer and other sectors in the United States, Europe, Africa, Latin America and elsewhere. She also has experience in a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint venture arrangements and project development arrangements. Ms. Nyatta’s securities offering experience includes debt and equity offerings under Rule 144A and Regulation S, 4(a)(2) private placements, exchange offers and project bonds.

Isioma Idigbe

Isioma heads the Media & Entertainment Practice Group at Punuka Attorneys.

She obtained her Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from the University of Kent, Canterbury in 2014 and graduated from the Nigerian Law School in 2015. She has a Certificate Course in Entertainment Law from the Osgoode Law School, University of York, Toronto, Canada.

She is a member of the: Nigerian Bar Association, the International Association Entertainment Lawyers (IAEL); She is the founder and first president of the University of Kent Nigerian Law Society and a student mentor in the Kent Law School Professional Mentoring Scheme.
