Anurag Bana is an influencer and thought leader in the emerging area of technology law including disruptive innovation, internet of things, digital assets, and attorney-client privilege and confidentiality issues. He regularly writes, and presents, on issues covering cyber security, blockchain technology, digital identity and social media laws. He is an expert contributor at key fora such as the United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business and for the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law.
Hanim Hamzah
Hanim is the Regional Managing Partner of the ZICO Law network. She also heads the Corporate M&A practice group at Roosdiono & Partners (Indonesia). Now based in Singapore, her 24 years of regional practice experience includes being resident in Malaysia, Japan and Indonesia where she specialised in major infrastructure project financing and M&A deals in aviation, banking, insurance, mining, oil and gas, plantations, and property. She is also well-versed in cross-border securitisation deals, structured financial products, and Islamic finance, having represented the interests of investors from Asia, the US, UK, and Europe in key onshore and offshore multi-currency transactions. She is consistently recognised as a Distinguished Practitioner or Leading Lawyer in the major legal rankings and directories including Asialaw Profiles, Asia Business Law Journal, IFLR1000, Legal 500 and In-house Community Counsel for multiple practice areas. In 2018, she was also recognised as one of Financial Times’ ten pioneers of new legal thinking in the Asia-Pacific Innovative Lawyers category.

She is currently Senior Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association Law Firm Management Committee, and Senior Fellow at CIMB Asean Research Institute. In 2019, she co-founded the ASEAN LegalTech Initiative, bringing together legal and technology experts in South East Asia.
Zulon Begum
Zulon Begum is a partner at CM Murray LLP (a boutique UK law firm) specialising in Partnership Law and leads the non-contentious partnership practice at the firm. Zulon has extensive experience of advising professional and financial services firms and senior equity partners on a range of partnership and corporate matters. She has particular expertise in governance, structuring (including Alternative Business Structures and Swiss Vereins) and M&A in the professional services sector and regularly advises senior management in partnership businesses on a broad range of sensitive and strategically important issues. Zulon acts for clients in diverse professions, including law firms, accountants, architects, real estate consultants, patent attorneys, insurance/reinsurance brokers/underwriters, private equity houses and hedge funds. Dalton Albrecht
Advises and represents clients on international trade law, including anti-dumping/countervailing/safeguard matters, before the CBSA/CITT as well as NAFTA and WTO/GATT related matters, including investment restrictions and the Agreement on trade in services. He also advises on customs law value for duty, tariff classification, export controls/sanctions, import controls, and duty relief. Other areas of practice include cross-border sales, use and commodity tax matters, including the Goods and Services Tax and Harmonized Sales Tax (GST/HST), and federal excise taxes and duties.
