Coffee Masterclass

Lisa Laura is the coffee trainer at Climpson & Sons. She was the UK Brewers Cup Champion in 2018 and competed in the world championship in Brazil.

Whisky tasting

In this live whisky session you will learn the six steps to taste whisky and the five whisky regions of Scotland. This will be followed by a whisky tasting where you will be invited to taste your own whisky or one of the recommended whiskeys:
Camilo, the founder of Once Upon a Whisky, is a former whisky ambassador for Glenfiddich Single Malt Whisky. He has several years of experience in the drinks industry, and he holds numerous degrees from prestigious institutions, including the New York Bartending School, the Wine & Spirits Education Trust, and an MBA from the University of Glasgow. Camilo has travelled across Scotland, Europe, USA, Asia and South America researching Whisky.
Drinking whisky is not required for this session. Please drink responsibly

An hour long yoga session for all abilities. This is designed to help you stretch after attending the virtual sessions at the conference. Your instructor will be Claudia Grove. She has been teaching vinyasa flow yoga since completing her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with Shakti Power Yoga in 2016. This event will be hosted on Zoom and to protect your privacy web cameras will be off.

Jimmy Smith is the owner and head tutor at West London Wine School. He was ‘Drinks Business Man of the Year 2019’ and ‘Wine Scholar Guild Italian Wine Educator of the Year 2018’
Jimmy has been working within the wine industry for 20 years with the past 15 years as a WSET-qualified tutor and assessor. Since 2007 he has educated over 6000 students through the WSET Level 1, 2 and 3 Award certification programs. Since 2016, Jimmy has also been one of the leading educators in the United Kingdom of the Wine Scholar Guild programs.
