Joining mediation skills and experience in building and managing international franchise can provide important knowledge to all lawyers and inhouse counsels involved in international franchising and mediation in international commercial disputes. This webinar will bring together two panels to discuss the mediation skills needed to build and keep good franchise relations.
- The first panel will focus on using mediation skills for negotiating international franchise agreements.
- The second panel will focus on drafting good mediation and escalation clauses in franchise agreements.
