A conference presented by the IBA Securities Law Committee and supported by the IBA Banking Law Committee, the IBA Closely Held Companies Committee, the IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee and the IBA Latin American Regional Forum

 

There is increased activity in financed acquisitions and different types of public securities transactions involving listed companies worldwide. This growing market demands legal services that can handle all of the aspects of these deals and that pay attention to environmental, social and governance issues.
