A symposium presented by the Arb40 Subcommittee of the IBA Arbitration Committee.
As part of its contribution to the development of arbitration best practice, the IBA Arbitration Committee, through its Arb40 Subcommittee, organises symposia for the younger members of the arbitration community.
The upper age limit for participation is 40.
Who should attend?
- Young practitioners under the age of 40 (whether in-house or in private practice) and students who are interested in international arbitration.
Panel topics:
- When investment and commercial arbitration collide
- Wishful thinking or true possibilities: enforcement of awards against sovereign and environmental concerns
