A webinar hosted by the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee This webinar will focus on how the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO) enforces anti-corruption provisions at EU level and in domestic legal systems. In particular, the European public prosecutors who will participate in the webinar will discuss preliminary investigations and on prosecution. Further, they’ll provide their perspectives on the way in which cooperation with domestic public prosecutors takes place. Meanwhile, private practitioners will also present their perspectives on this topic during the webinar.
