A webinar presented by the IBA Anticorruption Committee
Following the issuance of the EU Whistleblower Directive, each Member State must implement the Directive into its national law system. This webinar will focus on the issues connected to this from the perspective of different jurisdictions. One of the topics of discussion will be the possibility of sharing the 'internal channel' for reporting inside companies' subsidiaries with less than 250 employees. This webinar will be of interest to those involved in operations in EU markets or otherwise following EU developments in this area.
