Zachary R. Calo is Full Professor of Law and Founding Professor at Hamad bin Khalifa University in Doha, Qatar, where he has been a member of the faculty since 2015.  He is also Professor of Law (adj.) at the University of Notre Dame Australia, Visiting Professor at The Open University (UK), Central Asia Research Fellow and Visiting Professor at Tashkent State University of Law (Uzbekistan), Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University in Qatar, and Lecturer at the Qatar Olympic Academy.  Author of 2 books and over 80 articles, he is a leading authority on sports law and international dispute resolution and serves as a frequent lecturer, commentator, and trainer.  He previously taught at Valparaiso University, Notre Dame Law School, and DePaul College of Law in the United States.  Zachary is also Senior Counsel at McNair International (London & Doha) and Of Counsel Sports Law and Director of Schelstraete Middle East at Schelstraete Equine Law (Amsterdam and Doha).  He is a member of international dispute resolution panels with Sport Resolutions UK and the Qatar Sports Arbitration Tribunal, and is an Officer of the International Bar Association Mediation Committee and Secretary of the Ethics Committee of the International Mediation Institute.  A member of the Washington DC Bar and a CEDR-accredited mediator, Zachary previously practiced banking and commercial law with Buckley, LLP.  He holds degrees from the University of Virginia School of Law, The Johns Hopkins University, the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Virginia, and the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law.

With over 14 years of experience in the sports law field, Anna has extensive cross border legal background from both the sport community and from a top tier Swiss law firm. Working in an international environment has given vast experience in the global legal climate, such as knowledge of various legal and national conditions relating to sports globally, as well as a large network of talented lawyers. She advised a wide range of sports clients (including international and national governing bodies and organisations, public bodies, event organisers, sporting venues, clubs, sponsors, agents and individual athletes) on a variety of sports-related issues, including governance and constitutional matters, anti-doping, discipline and litigation, rules and regulations, contractual and regulatory disputes. Anna is an experienced advocate and has appeared frequently before the Court of Arbitration for Sport and other sporting tribunals. She sat as a member of the Swedish Equestrian Disciplinary Panel for several years, she also sat as a member of the Norwegian Anti-Doping Appeal Panel, hearing on-field disciplinary cases, anti-doping cases and competition appeals. In 2016 Anna joined the Fédération Internationale Equestre (FEI) as Legal Counsel. In 2022, Anna was elected top 5 of Sweden’s most influential equestrian women for her persistent work against horse abuse and doping in equestrian sport. In March 2023 Anna took on a new part-time role as she was selected to create, set up and develop the Athlete-Anti-Doping Ombuds Office. Anna competed at high level in equestrian show jumping and in freeride skiing.

In 2017 he began his duties as founding leader of the Portuguese Federation of Electronic Sports, holding until 2019 the position of President of the General Assembly in that entity. In March 2018, he organized, in the Auditorium of the Olympic Committee of Portugal, the Debate "Sport and the Future- new practices and new consumptions", with the presence of RTP- Rádio Televisão Portuguesa and SEJD- Secretary of State for Sport and Youth, to address the evolution of Electronic Sport in Portugal and in the world. In April 2018, he co-organized in the Portuguese national Assembly of the Republic, the first Parliamentary Colloquium on the Rights of Children in Sport, resulting in the publication of a work in which he had editorial responsibility for the insertion of a text on Electronic Sport. During 2018, he also participated as Guest Speaker, invited by the Google Developer Group of Lisbon, in December, on the Debate WarmUp for DevFest, organized together with Women TechMakers, entitled «The Future of ESports», in the ALTICE Building. In April 2019, he is invited to speak at the JURISPORTS Congress, (a co-organized event between Brazil and Portugal on Comparative Sports Law) at the Panel "ESports- labor and federative issues", and as well as that same month, by Coimbra Business School for the Conference «eSports, Futurism or Reality? », integrated in the Graduate Program in Sports Management for Managers. Between 2019 and 2020, he published two texts related to the theme of electronic sports in Portugal and worldwide: the first, in the work "Encyclopedia of Sports Law" edited by GestLegal, about the concept of Esport; the second, in the work published by the Olympic Committee of Portugal with the title "e-Sports: the changing sport? ", called "The International Organization of Esports". In May 2020, He takes part of the joint Task Force of Wesco and IESF- International Esports Federation, constituting an evaluation committee for the recognition of National Federations of Electronic Sport. In 2021, in the Post-Graduation Course of Sports Law, managed in the Autonoma Academy/UAL, lectures the first Session created in that annual academic initiative, about ESPORTS- the legal frame. In the same year receives an invitation from the European University of Lisbon, to be a part of the Post-Graduation Course of ESPORTS Marketing & Management. In January 2022 initiates a participation in the Mentoring Committee of the ERN- Esports Research Network. Since June 2022, has the designation of Expert, provided by the Digital Executive Agency of The European Commission, for the reviewing of Gaming & Esports related projects. He is currently Vice-President for Europe at WESCO- World Esports Consortium, an entity promoting legal regulation and formal organization of Electronic Sport worldwide.

Author of several books and many articles, among them: "The Promise of Mediation in Sport-Related Disputes" The International Sports Law Journal (2016). As an independent mediator, Prof. Mironi covers a variety of fields including sports, labor-management, commercial and employment disputes as well as disputes in the public sphere. Prof. Mironi is a CAS mediator and serves on the mediators’ rosters with WIPO, Milan Chamber of Commerce, OSCE Mediation and Dialogue Experts and the Panel of Distinguished International Mediators (Moscow). Joshua A. Gordon, JD, MA, is a renowned expert in sports law, sports business, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), with an illustrious career spanning academia, arbitration, and mediation at the highest levels of international sports governance. He currently serves as the Faculty Athletics Representative (FAR) at the University of Oregon and is a Woodard Family Foundation Fellow and Senior Instructor of Sports Business and Law at the university's Lundquist College of Business. In addition, he serves as an Arbitrator for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee (USOPC) and is a key member of the editorial board for LawInSport in the UK. Additionally, he Chairs the USA Track & Field’s SafeSport Appeals Committee hearings. At the University of Oregon, Mr. Gordon has been instrumental in shaping the educational landscape for sports law and business. He has extensive experience teaching a wide range of subjects, from negotiation strategies to the legal aspects of sports business, both at the undergraduate and MBA levels. His research and advisory roles further emphasize his commitment to advancing the field, particularly in areas such as sport league CBAs and women's sports. Mr. Gordon's influence extends beyond academia into practical applications of sports law and dispute resolution. As the founder and principal consultant of the Sports Conflict Institute LLC, he has led crisis response and high-performance negotiation programs, addressing complex issues in sport governance and conflict management. His work has had a transformative impact on sports organizations worldwide, enhancing their operational and strategic capabilities. A prolific writer and speaker, Mr. Gordon's expertise is sought after in various national and international forums. He has published several key works in the field, including "Strategic Negotiation: Building Organizational Excellence" and "The Sports Playbook: Building Teams that Outperform Year After Year."
