This webinar will cover the ways in which Chinese courts can assist overseas courts, and overseas courts can assist Chinese courts, in cross-border asset tracing efforts (enforcement of judgments, disclosure orders, freezing orders, etc). It will also cover the information that can be obtained within China, and outside China. We will share some practical experiences of global asset tracing exercises involving China, US and offshore jurisdictions, including some pitfalls and practical difficulties.
