A symposium presented by the Arb40 Subcommittee of the IBA Arbitration Committee
As part of its contribution to the development of arbitration best practice, the IBA Arbitration Committee, through its Arb40 Subcommittee, has organised a symposium for the younger members of the arbitration community. This workshop will be interactive and will follow an open forum format.
The upper age limit for participation is 40.
Issues in focus include:
- AI and accountability in international arbitration
- Discipline and time limits in international arbitration
Who should attend?
- Young practitioners (whether in-house or in private practice) under the age of 40 and students who are interested in international arbitration.
