This webinar will explore:

• the new global deal environment – and whether geopolitics are having an impact on what’s done, where and when;

• valuation, consideration and financing – bridging the value gap, forms of consideration and creative funding/alternative funding sources;

• regulatory complexity – nationalisation versus globalisation in terms of foreign direct investment/foreign subsidies, the attitude of merger control regulators, evolving approaches to deal protection and risk allocation;

• conditionality and termination rights – whether we are seeing a buyer’s or a seller’s market, and managing risk in long interim periods; and

• the impact of AI on what’s done and how it’s being done.
