A webinar presented by the IBA Rule of Law Forum and supported by the IBA Human Rights Law Committee and the IBA Judges Forum

This webinar will examine the remnants of colonial rule in the Western hemisphere, and current neo-colonial trends in geopolitics. This topic is timely due to the debates over new forms of Western colonialism, and provides a forum to raise the existence of the remnants of colonialism that provide a basis for neo-colonialism.
