Nicolas is Senior Counsel in the Banking & Finance department of Bonn Steichen & Partners and has considerable experience in domestic and cross-border financing transactions and in insolvency and restructuring matters. He regularly advises creditors on cross-border reorganisations, Luxembourg insolvency proceedings and security enforcements.
