Biography

Our firm is a Paris-based independant corporate boutique, founded 15 years ago by Cleary Gottlieb alumni. Our core practices are M&A, Litigation and Restructuring. Our clients are mid-size to very large (listed) companies, shareholders, managers and wealthy individuals. We are used to working on complex cross-borders transactions or disputes. Renaud Thominette graduated from Essec Business School (1997) and University Paris II - Panthéon Assas (1999) and spent 7 years (2000-2006) at Cleary Gottlieb (Paris Office - Litigation and Arbitration team)
