Biography

Emma Dansbo heads Cirio's Digital sector group and is a partner in the firm's M&A group. She focuses on representing emerging and growth technology companies, their founders and investors, including several Venture Capital funds. Her clients operate within a broad spectra of technology verticals and she has a strong interest in digital transformation and disruptive technologies, including AI. Her practice includes venture capital financings, M&A transactions, start-up work, growth strategies and corporate governance advice and many times contain cross-border aspects. She also provides day-to-day counselling to companies on a wide range of other contractual and corporate matters.
