Biography

Angela joined Cuatrecasas, at the Barcelona HQ, as an associate in 2011 and specialised in cross-border M&A and private equity. After pursuing a LLM at Harvard in 2016, she developed her career in New York, where she was seconded with Cleary Gottlieb Steen and Hamilton, and later in Buenos Aires with Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen, where she deepened her knowledge of the M&A market in LatAm. Angela joined DP World Group Legal in Dubai in 2021 to help the group expansion through inorganic growth.
