Biography

Taco Hovius has a consultancy and litigation practice specialising in sustainability, area development, public-private partnerships and (European) procurement and state aid law. Taco advises and litigates for project developers, investors, energy companies, municipalities, housing corporations and listed companies. Taco has extensive advisory experience in the field of large inner city redevelopments, sustainable energy projects and real estate related corporate law. In these areas he assists clients in negotiations and advises on the legal form of cooperation.
