Biography

María Massó is a partner in Baker McKenzie Madrid. Prior to joining the Firm in 2008, she worked in the Criminal Litigation Department of a leading business law firm.

María has substantive experience in either defending or accusing in tax fraud proceedings, misappropriation crimes, dishonest appropriation of the proceeds of a trust, misuse of trade secrets, bankruptcy involving criminal negligence or corporate crime.
