Managing Partner of a boutique law firm in Argentina specialized in business crimes, int'l litigation & asset recovery, penal compliance, tax & financial crimes, AML-CFT, extradition & mutual legal assistance, human rights. Dr. Durrieu dealed with the most complex cases in Asia, Europe, Latam and Argentina. Counsel of the International Criminal Court (ICC). President Merrill Lynch Bank Arg. (2011-15). He wrote five books and more than 80 articles in specialized publications. Co-Chair Cyber-crime committee of the IBA (2018-20). North & Latin America Rule of Law. Diversity Officer IBA. Visiting Professor Criminal Law in local and int’l universities (e.g., UCema, UCA). Best Legal Books & Lawyer Awards. President Victims International Foundation.
