Biography

Felix Engelhardt, CFA has joined Saxenhammer & Co. (www.saxenhammer-co.com) as Managing Director M&A and complements the circle of partners there. The M&A boutique has its roots in M&A and financing advice on transactions in special situations and now works with a team of over 30 investment bankers focusing on mid-market M&A transactions and technology deals. Saxenhammer has offices in Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt and London and a "China Desk" as well as an "India Desk" for cross-border transactions in Asia. Engelhardt's range of responsibilities include transaction advisory services for medium-sized companies. He is also responsible for setting up the new Digital Unit. In addition to sell-side mandates, Engelhardt will focus on assisting with buy-side and search mandates. With an innovative, strongly sales-driven approach, both financial investors and strategic buyers will be supported.
