Biography

Agapi Patsa is a legal counsel for EU affairs at Google (Brussels). She was an Associate at Baker & McKenzie’s Brussels office, where she advised on EU and competition law. She received a law degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and LL.M. degrees from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and the College of Europe. Agapi advises companies on a broad range of competition law issues, including defence and cooperation strategies in the context of multijurisdictional cartel investigations and abuse of dominance proceedings. She counsels on the antitrust implications of commercial transactions, and conducts compliance trainings for trade associations and companies’ staff. Agapi also represents clients in proceedings before the European Courts in Luxembourg and the European Ombudsman.
